Mit „Wolfgang“ setzt die Londoner Bimber Distillery ihre Reihe „Shoulders of Giants“ fort. Die Edition ist Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart gewidmet, dessen außergewöhnliches Talent und zeitlose Kompositionen die Musikwelt bis heute prägen.

Für diese besondere Hommage reifte der englische Single Malt in einem einzelnen Tawny-Portweinfass. Das Fass #554/51 wurde mit kräftigen 57,5 % Vol. abgefüllt und verbindet Bimbers Londoner Brennereihandwerk mit dem besonderen Einfluss des ausgewählten Portweinfasses.

Eine limitierte Originalabfüllung, bei der musikalisches Thema, sorgfältige Fassauswahl und der eigenständige Stil der jungen Brennerei zusammenfinden.
