Tropische Fruchtintensität in bernsteinfarbener Robe Das bernsteinfarbene Destillat entfaltet in der Nase eine exotische Fülle von reifer Ananas und Mango, getragen von süßem Honig und Vanille. Die Brennerei Bimber steht dabei im Zentrum dieser Abfüllung.
Fassreifung und Herkunft
Die Philosophie der Bimber Distillery lässt sich in wenigen Worten zusammenfassen: Tradition trifft auf Innovation. Diese Einzelfassabfüllung, gereift im Ex-Bourbon-Fass, ehrt das musikalische Erbe von Johann Sebastian Bach. Dank der natürlichen Fassreifung ohne Kühlfiltrierung bleibt die volle aromatische Tiefe erhalten.
