Aultmore 14 Year Old 2011/2025 SV PX Sherry Hogshead Finish #5 is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Aultmore Distillery in Speyside. It was distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2025 by Signatory Vintage. It was initially matured in classic oak casks before being finished in a Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead, which imparts additional sweetness and dark aromas to the whisky.
The whisky is bottled at cask strength (62.0% ABV) and is neither chill-filtered nor colored. This bottling comes from cask number 5 and is available in a 0.7-liter bottle. On the palate, it typically displays the malty and slightly fruity base notes characteristic of Aultmore, complemented by PX influences such as dried fruit and a soft sweetness.
