Appleton Estate 21 years
The Appleton Estate 21 Year Old Jamaica Rum is a blend of several rums, each aged for at least 21 years in American oak barrels. After the initial blending, the rum matures for a further two years in New Oak barrels before being bottled at 43% ABV. The color is a warm bronze with golden highlights, and aromas of vanilla, caramel, orange, nuts, spice, and cocoa emerge in the glass. The finish is long, dry, and subtly sweet. The rum comes from the traditional Appleton Estate distillery in Jamaica, which has been producing rum continuously since 1749 and is now part of the Campari Group.
