Buffalo Grass Gin 66 London Dry Gin

Der Buffalo Grass Gin 66 wird im Abtshof Magdeburg als London Dry Gin hergestellt. Im Mittelpunkt steht aromatisches Büffelgras, das vor der Destillation gemeinsam mit Wacholder, Koriander, Wermut sowie Zitronen- und Orangenschalen in einem aufwendigen Mazerationsverfahren verarbeitet wird. Anschließend erfolgt die Destillation in einer traditionellen kupfernen Small-Batch-Brennblase. Abgefüllt wird der Gin mit 47 % Vol.

Sein Profil verbindet eine feine Wacholdernote mit den charakteristischen, dezenten Aromen des Büffelgrases. Koriander und Wermut steuern Würze und eine leicht herbe Kräuternote bei, während die Schalen von Zitrone und Orange für einen frischen Zitrusakzent sorgen. So treffen klassische Gin-Botanicals auf den eigenständigen Charakter des Büffelgrases.

Ein ungewöhnlicher London Dry Gin aus Magdeburg, der klassische Gin-Botanicals mit der aromatischen Besonderheit von Büffelgras verbindet.
