A brief history of the Daftmill Distillery
Located in the Fife region of Scotland, Daftmill is nestled in the picturesque landscape of a working farm. It is owned by the Cuthbert family, now in its sixth generation. Although officially opened in 2005, the idea of distilling on the farm dates back a long way.

1.Homegrown barley
