Vieux Sajous 5 Year Old 2019/2024 Haiti Rum
The Vieux Sajous 5 yo is based on the old Cristalline variety of sugarcane, sourced from Saint Michel de l'Attalaye. The distillate, obtained from freshly pressed sugarcane juice, matured under tropical conditions in 19 different casks, including whisky, rum , and bourbon barrels. This masterpiece is an impressive example of Clairin's aromatic diversity.
In its fourth edition, following the 2017, 2018, and 2019 vintages, the Vieux Sajous 5 yo displays an exceptional depth that Clairin achieves through several years of barrel aging.
