Hazelburn Sherry Wood 2026
Hazelburn is the unpeated and triple distilled single malt from Springbank Distillery in Campbeltown. The annual Sherry Wood special bottling matured for seven years entirely in Oloroso sherry casks. For the 2026 edition, 9,000 bottles were filled worldwide at 47.9% vol. – without coloring and without chill filtration.
Aroma Profile
The aroma combines maraschino cherries with fudge, molasses, dates, and brandy butter. On the palate, brown sugar, ginger, raisins, and redcurrant jelly follow. The finish leaves sweet toffee pudding, blackcurrants, herbs, and tarragon.
