The Speyside Distillery has been closed since May 2025 and is therefore now a "Lost Distillery".
The Spey 25 Year Old 1990/2016 is a rare single-cask bottling from Speyside, bottled at a robust 55.1% ABV. Distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2016 after 25 years of maturation, this single malt has developed exceptional depth and elegance. The nose reveals ripe fruit, honey, vanilla, and delicate spice notes, accompanied by a refined oak spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied and complex with hints of caramel, dried fruit, malt, and dark chocolate. The long, warm finish completes the aromatic profile of this limited 700ml bottle.
