BREDAG ein teil der Sammelserie von Scotch Universe. Diese achtjährige Abfüllung von Scotch Universe wurde 2017 destilliert und 2026 mit 56,6 % Vol. in Fassstärke abgefüllt. Die Reifung im First Fill St. Estèphe Wine Barrique verbindet ein stark rauchiges Islay-Profil mit dunklen Fruchtaromen und würzigen Fassnoten.
Aromen und Geschmack
In der Nase zeigen sich Brombeere und Cassis neben Zedernholz und schwarzem Pfeffer. Am Gaumen treffen reife Pflaumen und Mokka auf die trockene Struktur des Weinfasses. Der lange Nachklang wird von Tabak und würziger Trockenheit geprägt.
