Rhum JM 15 Years 2009/2025 Martinique Cask Strength 43.6%

Only 1,677 bottles of this Très Vieux Rhum Agricole were produced worldwide—a true treasure for collectors and connoisseurs. Distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2025 after 15 years of maturation, it represents the deep tradition and craftsmanship of the Martinique distillery.

Distilled from pure sugarcane juice and then aged for a decade and a half in oak barrels in Macouba, the rum develops tremendous complexity and concentration. The bouquet opens with intense notes of mahogany, vanilla, and honey, accompanied by fruity hints of lime, banana, grilled pineapple, and a hint of anise.

On the palate, this rum is complex and elegant, with a soft honey sweetness, accompanied by fresh sugar cane and tropical fruits. A subtle spice and earthy notes provide additional depth. The finish is long, blending sweet, grassy, ​​and herbal nuances, and concludes with a mild pepperiness and refined wood spice.
