Description

This ten-year-old straight bourbon from the Penelope Estate Collection comes from a single, carefully selected barrel. Barrel PEN26-213 was distilled on February 21, 2015, and bottled at 54% ABV. The long maturation period puts the unique character of the barrel in the spotlight, making this bottling an individual snapshot within the Estate Collection.

For the single barrel series, Penelope selects matured stocks from various warehouses and storage positions. Barrels whose profile is too unique for a blend are bottled separately. This bottling is non-chill filtered.
