Kilchoman 18 Year Old Family Collection
The Kilchoman 18 Year Old is part of the first Family Collection and comes from rare, long-aged stocks of the independent Islay distillery. Heavily peated malt from Port Ellen Maltings with a phenol content of 50 ppm was used for its production.
The single malt matured entirely in ex-Bourbon casks and was bottled at 50.0% Vol. No colouring or chill-filtration was used. The long maturation period and the focus on Bourbon casks make this limited edition a special age statement within the Kilchoman range.
