The Jim McEwan Signature Collection 7 Year Old Octomore is a strong single malt from Bruichladdich , bottled at 62.3% ABV. It matured for seven years in first-fill bourbon barrels, giving it a dominant cask character. It is bottled without chill filtration and without coloring. Typical for Octomore, the whisky is peaty and smoky, clearly structured, and powerful.
