Highland Park 17 Year Old Between You and I Edition 2
For the limited second edition of Between You and I, Highland Park has collaborated with food artist Laila Gohar. The focus is on personal impressions while enjoying the whisky: the concept deliberately avoids prescribed tasting notes, leaving room for your own associations.
For the last six years, the whisky has matured in new, untreated American oak casks. Master Whisky Maker Marc Watson made this decision as a nod to Gohar's Egyptian roots.
The gift box also reflects this artistic approach. Small windows reveal imagery based on Gohar's impressions while tasting. An enclosed booklet explains the ideas and background of the collaboration.
