Dieser Highland Park wurde 2003 auf den Orkney-Inseln destilliert und nach 22 Jahren Reifezeit im März 2026 von Thompson Bros. abgefüllt. Der Single Malt stammt aus einem einzelnen Refill Sherry Butt, das 336 Flaschen mit 55,9 % Vol. hervorbrachte. Die Abfüllung ist naturbelassen und wurde weder gefärbt noch kühlfiltriert.
Im Glas verbindet sich der fruchtige Charakter des Destillats mit reifer Sherryfasswürze und dem feinen Rauch, für den Highland Park bekannt ist. Kakaonibs, angekohlte Ananas und Brandybutter führen zu dunkler Schokolade und saftigen Fruchtnoten. Eine sanfte Rauchader hält die kräftigen Aromen zusammen und sorgt für einen ausgewogenen, vielschichtigen Gesamteindruck.
