Speyside Single Malt with a strong Sherry influence
This ten-year-old Glen Spey was distilled in 2015 and bottled in 2026. Maturation in a PX Sherry Quarter Cask shapes its concentrated character. With 58.0% Vol., the non-peated Single Malt is bottled at cask strength.
Aromas and Taste
The profile combines raisins and plums with vanilla and forest honey. On the palate, dark cherries and caramel meet cinnamon and black pepper. Almond sweetness and subtle anise notes accompany the long finish.
The bottling is not chill-filtered and comes without coloring. A few drops of water can make the high cask strength more accessible and highlight further spicy impressions.
