ELGINARIS Speyside Single Malt aus dem Virgin Oak Hogshead Dieser Glen Elgin wurde 2011 destilliert und 2026 nach 15 Jahren Reifung von Scotch Universe abgefüllt. Das Virgin Oak Hogshead prägt den nicht rauchigen Single Malt mit Frucht, Süße und markanter Holzwürze.
Aromatisches Profil
In der Nase verbinden sich reife Äpfel und Birnen mit Vanille und einer feinen Malznote. Am Gaumen treffen cremige Süße und Karamell auf würzige Eiche und einen Anklang von Pfeffer. Der lange Nachklang wirkt trockener und vereint Eichenwürze mit einer dezenten Zitrusnote.
