Maturation in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks gives this whisky a distinct, dark fruit sweetness and great depth. The nose reveals notes of raisins, dates, chocolate, and fine oak spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied and velvety with hints of dried fruit, caramel, spices, and a harmonious sherry sweetness.
