Character and Production
These casks, which previously held the precious sweet wine of a renowned Bordeaux winery, significantly shape the character of the distillate and lend it an aromatic depth that goes far beyond the usual. Since the whisky was bottled unfiltered at 46% ABV, the full texture is retained, resulting in a long-lasting, sweet-fruity finish elegantly rounded off by a mild wood spice.
