Character and Production
The distillate owes its characteristic depth and structure to subsequent maturation in selected ex-bourbon casks, which impart its fine vanilla and wood notes to the rum. On the palate, a silky texture unfolds, carried by striking notes of dark bittersweet chocolate, creamy vanilla, and a surprisingly delicate cherry blossom, before a long, spicy finish rounds off the enjoyment.
