Der Dalmore 17 Jahre ist ein Single Malt Whisky von Dalmore aus Highlands in Schottland.
The Dalmore 17 Jahre ist ein eleganter Highland Single Malt aus der Principal Collection der Dalmore Distillery. Er reift zunächst in American White Oak Ex-Bourbon Casks und wird anschließend in ausgewählten Sherryfässern veredelt, darunter Amoroso, Apostoles und Matusalem Casks aus der Zusammenarbeit mit González Byass.
Im Aroma zeigt er reife Früchte, Sevilla-Orange und feine Holzgewürze. Am Gaumen kommen pochierte Birnen, Waldbeeren, Toffee und Orangenmarmelade hinzu. Der Nachklang ist geprägt von dunkler Schokoladenorange, Trockenfrüchten sowie Zimt und Muskat. Mit 42% Vol. wirkt der Dalmore 17 Jahre rund, fruchtig und elegant.
