Pike Creek 10 Year Old Canadian Whisky

Pike Creek matures in unconditioned warehouses in Ontario. The distinct Canadian temperature fluctuations allow the distillate to interact intensely with the wood. After ten years of maturation, this Canadian whisky receives a finish in rum barrels, rounding off its complex character.

The nose combines golden raisins and brown sugar with dried orange peel, green apple, and vanilla. On the palate, honeycomb toffee, molasses, and warm vanilla follow, accompanied by lingering rye spice. The finish is pleasantly warm and balanced.
