This rum was distilled in 2000 and aged for 18 years under the tropical sun of Trinidad. The intense climatic conditions led to high evaporation, which concentrated the rum and gave it unparalleled depth. It then spent a further 7 years in glass tanks to perfect its aromas. At 50.6% ABV, it unfolds a vibrant flavor profile of oriental and sweet notes, underscored by citrus accents and spicy nuances. The long, lingering finish delights with ripe fruit aromas and elegant spice notes.
Only 300 bottles of this exclusive edition were produced for Whisky Live 2025 in Paris. The design of the bottle and packaging pays tribute to the industrial heritage of the Caroni distillery with a dark, mysterious look and historical black and white photographs. This bottle is far more than just a rum – it's a coveted collector's item for connoisseurs and enthusiasts.
