This Cardhu was distilled in 2016 and matured for ten years in Refill Hogshead #1132. Signatory Vintage bottled the Speyside Single Malt in 2026 for the Cask Strength Collection at a robust 58.4% ABV. The combination of a clearly stated vintage, a ten-year maturation period, and a single numbered cask makes this independent Cardhu bottling a special addition to the series.
The whisky was neither colored nor chill-filtered, thus preserving its natural character. Bottled at cask strength and presented in the typical Cask Strength Collection metal tin, the focus is entirely on the distillate and its development in the refill hogshead.
