The limited-edition Bunnahabhain 21 Year Old Cask Strength Edition 2025 embodies the authentic character of the Islay distillery and was inspired by visitors who tasted the whisky directly from the cask on site. This second, unpeated bottling of the 21-year-old Cask Strength was initially matured in Oloroso sherry casks and then finished for 21 months in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks to develop additional depth and a complex sweetness.
Master Blender Julieann Fernandez personally selected each cask, giving this Bunnahabhain Cask Strength a new facet in character and aromas, while remaining true to the distillery's unmistakable signature.
