Bladnoch Vinaya The Bold Collection
With Vinaya, the Bladnoch distillery honors its founders while simultaneously looking toward a new chapter in its history. The name, which originates from Sanskrit, means "respect and gratitude" and expresses this appreciation.
The combination of whiskies from first-fill bourbon and first-fill Oloroso sherry casks creates a fresh, complex single malt. Fruity and floral impressions come together with a restrained spice.
Nose and Taste
On the nose, sweet grassy notes combine with floral hints and a subtle impression of candy. On the palate, crisp green apples stand alongside chocolate, accompanied by a light peppery note. The finish is lighthearted and refreshing.
