The Ben Nevis 23 Year Old 1995/2019 from Whisky-Doris' Art Nouveau series is an exclusive single cask bottling with an alcohol content of 52.4%. Distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2019 after more than two decades of maturation, this Highland single malt demonstrates impressive depth and complexity. Notes of dried fruit, dark chocolate, spices, and a hint of leather unfold on the nose. On the palate, it presents itself powerfully and complexly with a balanced combination of sweetness, spice, and mature oak. The 0.7-liter bottling was bottled at natural cask strength, without chill filtration and without coloring, and is aimed at lovers of expressive, mature whiskies.
