The independent bottler Signatory Vintage selected cask number 4 for its renowned Cask Strength Collection to combine Aultmore's delicate distillery character with the opulent sweetness of the sherry cask. The bottling took place in February 2026 without chill filtration, preserving the full texture and aromatic oil spectrum. Key data: 14 years old, distilled 2011, bottled 2026, 61.7% ABV. The bottling is from Signatory Vintage.
