Akashi-Tai Japanese Sake Junmai Tokubetsu
Akashi-Tai Junmai Tokubetsu is a high-quality Japanese sake with an alcohol content of 15% and a bottle size of 0.7 liters. Produced by the renowned Akashi Sake Brewery in Hyogo Prefecture, this sake uses 100% Yamadanishiki rice, polished to 60% of the original grain.
The taste is full-bodied with floral aromas and a clear, well-structured profile. Notes of pear and banana complement the creamy texture and give the sake a luxurious fullness.
This sake pairs perfectly with various dishes such as sushi, sashimi, salads, and steamed fish. It can be served at temperatures between 6°C and 50°C, although it develops a more intense aroma at higher temperatures.
