Founded in 1817 in the northern Highlands, the Teaninich Distillery is one of Scotland's most traditional distilleries, though it rarely bottles its own whisky. Its style is characterized by clarity, freshness, grassy and fruity notes, and a slight oiliness – an ideal base for complex blends.
