This Islay single malt was distilled in 2007 and matured for 18 years before being finished in a Pedro Ximénez sherry cask. This cask imparts intense aromas of dried fruit, chocolate, spices, and sweet oak, which blend harmoniously with the smokiness typical of island whiskies. Bottled in 2025 at cask strength 56% ABV, uncolored and without chill filtration, this limited-edition bottling is aimed at connoisseurs and lovers of characterful Islay whiskies.
