Secret Speyside Christmas 26 Jahre 1993/2020 Whisky-Doris Art Nouveau
Dieser Christmas Single Malt wurde von Whisky-Doris als Eigenabfüllung innerhalb der kunstvoll gestalteten Art-Nouveau-Reihe veröffentlicht. Hinter der Bezeichnung „Secret Speyside“ steht eine nicht genannte Brennerei aus der bekannten schottischen Whiskyregion. Der Name bleibt damit bewusst verborgen, während Herkunft, Alter und Fassdaten der Abfüllung klar ausgewiesen sind.
Destilliert wurde der Single Malt im Oktober 1993. Nach 26 Jahren vollständiger Reifung im Sherry Hogshead Nr. 47 füllte Whisky-Doris ihn im Februar 2020 mit 51,2 % vol. ab. Aus dem Fass entstanden nur 240 Flaschen. Die Verbindung aus langer Sherryfassreifung, sehr kleiner Auflage und dem besonderen Art-Nouveau-Etikett macht diese Abfüllung gleichermaßen zu einem seltenen Genuss- und Sammlerstück.
