18 Years of Maturation in Oloroso Sherry Casks
The Secret Speyside combines its origin from the Scottish Speyside with 18 years of maturation in First Fill Oloroso Sherry Butts. This Single Malt was distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2026. It belongs to the 100 Proof Exceptional Edition #17 and brings a robust, non-peated profile to the glass with 57.1% ABV. The bottling is done without chill-filtration and without coloring.
Dark Fruits, Chocolate and Oak
- Scent: Dark dried fruits dominate the first impression, complemented by orange peel and nutty notes.
- Taste: Dates and dried figs meet dark chocolate. Pronounced oak notes give the fruity profile a spicy structure.
- Finish: Black tea and caramelized nuts accompany the long finish.
The independent bottler Signatory Vintage is responsible for the bottling.
