21 Jahre gereifter Rum aus Panama
Dieser Rum von Rum Nation basiert auf Zuckerrohrmelasse und wurde kontinuierlich in einer Kolonne destilliert. Seine 21-jährige Reifung erfolgte in Panama in Fässern aus amerikanischer Weißeiche, die zuvor mit amerikanischem Whiskey belegt waren. Abgefüllt wird er mit 42,0 % Vol., ohne Farbstoff und ohne Kühlfiltrierung.
Aromen und Geschmack
Das Aroma verbindet dunkles Zuckerrohr, Tabak und Vanille mit dezenten tropischen Fruchtnoten. Am Gaumen treffen Feigen und Datteln auf Honig und Schokolade. Mit zunehmender Zeit im Glas kommen Anklänge von Bergamotte, Kaffee und schwarzem Tee hinzu. Zimt und feiner Pfeffer prägen den anhaltenden Ausklang.
Servierempfehlung und Präsentation
Für den puren Genuss empfiehlt sich eine Serviertemperatur auf Zimmertemperatur und ein Nosing-Glas. Der Rum wird im mattschwarzen Black Decanter sowie in einer schwarzen Geschenkverpackung mit Weltkarten-Motiv angeboten.
