With “The Finale,” the five-part A Night on Earth Collection concludes in New Orleans—a city where music, indulgence and community are closely intertwined. Inspired by New Year’s Eve, jazz and the city’s culinary diversity, this limited edition combines the influence of sherry-seasoned American oak casks with the bolder spice notes of European oak.
The interplay of cask types brings together orange, vanilla, dark sweetness and warm spices, evoking the distinctive flavours of New Orleans. The expressive artwork by Hill Spriggins provides a vibrant conclusion to a series that celebrates coming together in different parts of the world.
The aroma reveals orange peel, cinnamon, star anise and clove. On the palate, anise and nutmeg combine with creamy vanilla and almond praline. The finish is defined by delicate spices, creamy sweetness and oak.
