Longmorn aus dem First Fill Bourbon Barrel
Dieser Single Malt aus der schottischen Speyside wurde 2012 destilliert und 2025 nach 13 Jahren Reifung abgefüllt. Seine gesamte Fasszeit verbrachte er im First Fill Bourbon Barrel mit der Nummer 910. Die Einzelfassabfüllung gehört zur Cask Strength Collection und umfasst 227 Flaschen.
Mit 59,1% vol. Fassstärke kommt der Longmorn ohne Farbstoff und ohne Kühlfiltrierung in die Flasche. Im Glas zeigt er einen blassgoldenen Farbton; sein Geschmacksprofil ist nicht rauchig.
Frucht, Vanille und würzige Eiche
- Nase: Zitrusfrüchte, grüner Apfel und Birne treffen auf cremige Vanille und eine feine Honigsüße.
- Gaumen: Saftige Fruchtnoten verbinden sich mit Karamell und einer leicht öligen Textur.
- Nachklang: Weißer Pfeffer und trockene Eichennoten prägen den langen Abgang.
