Character and Production
The art of long maturation in a sherry cask. This whisky was distilled on May 5th in the heart of Speyside. The use of a PX cask of this quality gives the spirit a depth that can only arise through decades of interaction between distillate and Spanish oak. Key data: 30 years, distilled 05.06.1995, bottled 04.02.2026, 50.9% Vol. The bottling is from Signatory Vintage.
Classification
The bouquet is dominated by a dense texture of dried fruits and a fine, warming spice, typical of long maturation in a sherry hogshead.
