Cask Maturation and Origin
The symbiosis of coastal climate and cask artistry. The Kanosuke Distillery, re-established in 2017 on the foundations of a traditional distillery, utilizes the climatic advantages of the southern Japanese coast for exceptional maturation.
Aromatics
On the palate, a soft sweetness of honey and vanilla, accompanied by the freshness of ripe apples, before a lingering finish of grapefruit and a mineral saltiness completes the experience.
