Beschreibung
Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage wird fassweise von den Master Distillern bei Heaven Hill ausgewählt und mit den genauen Fassdaten versehen. Cask #1316 kam am 6. März 2016 in neue, ausgekohlte amerikanische Weißeiche und wurde am 4. März 2025 abgefüllt. Damit reifte dieser Kentucky Straight Bourbon knapp neun Jahre und gelangt mit 43,3 % vol. in die Flasche.
Der typische Charakter der Serie verbindet dunkles Karamell, süße Eiche und geröstetes Holz mit einer würzigen Fülle. Honig, Apfel und Orange ergänzen das Profil, bevor der Bourbon lang und ausgewogen ausklingt. Als Einzelfass besitzt Cask #1316 dabei seine eigene individuelle Ausprägung.
