Hampden Great House Distillery Edition 2025
Since 1753, Hampden Estate has embodied the essence of Jamaican rum. Located in the heart of the famous Trelawny region, the island's "Grand Cru," the distillery has been producing authentic pure single pot still rums for almost 300 years – rich, aromatic, and unmistakable.
Hampden 's distinctive style is created through five closely guarded production principles: the use of molasses, fermentation with wild yeasts, distillation in traditional double retort pot stills, tropical barrel aging in Jamaica, and the uncompromising commitment to quality that has given Hampden cult status worldwide.
The Great House Distillery Edition 2025 marks the sixth release in the series, released annually since 2019, and pays homage to the historic Great House, the distillery residence built by the Stirling family in 1779. Each edition reinterprets Hampden's unique heritage, blending different marks and vintages to create a unique blend that celebrates Jamaica's signature "High Ester Style."
