Calle 23 Criollo El Dos Tequila
With the Calle 23 Criollo El Dos from the Hacienda Capellania distillery, Sophie Decobecq dedicates a special tequila to her second son, Eliès. The composition combines Reposado, Añejo, and Extra Añejo. It is based on rare Criollo agaves, which grow in the highlands of Jalisco and are particularly rich in sugar.

Agave, fruit, and spicy accents
Cooked agave meets ripe fruit. Orange and cherry complement the interplay of aromas, while almonds, spices, and cocoa provide additional accents.
