Aroma
An interplay of smoke and sweetness The nose reveals a complex bouquet where dried fruits meet the sweetness of toffee apple and spicy ginger cake, gently enveloped by fine veils of peat smoke. On the palate, the Highland character shows through with a dense texture in which notes of anise and molasses merge with dark oak.
