Glenglassaugh 15 Year Old combines the maritime style of the Highland distillery with the rich depth of Pedro Ximénez sherry and Spanish wine casks. After 15 years of maturation, this single malt is bottled at 46% ABV, in natural colour and non-chill filtered.
The aroma reveals chocolate sauce and salted caramel, accompanied by Spanish orange, dark Manuka honey, and date. On the palate, salted molasses syrup and caramelised date meet juicy orange and papaya. Chocolate and coffee add further depth to the fruity-sweet profile and provide a full-bodied finish.
