After a long maturation period, it received a defining finish in a First Fill Oloroso Sherry Hogshead before being selected by Signatory Vintage for the exclusive Cask Strength Collection. There are only 331 bottles of this special spirit worldwide. Aroma
A honey-coloured interplay of dried fruits and noble spice The sight alone of the deep honey gold in the clear glass bottle promises an intense array of aromas. On the nose, a complex bouquet of ripe dried fruits such as figs and raisins unfolds, accompanied by dark chocolate and a fine hint of leather. On the palate, the whisky is full and oily, with notes of caramel and toffee, while spicy orange zest and a hint of cinnamon underscore its depth and complexity.
