Sherryfassreifung aus der Speyside
Dieser zehnjährige Glenallachie gehört zur The Sinteis Series. Der schottische Single Malt wurde 2015 destilliert und 2026 abgefüllt. Seine Reifung in PX- und Oloroso-Sherryfässern verbindet sich mit einem Aromenspektrum aus dunklen Früchten, Süße und Gewürzen.
Aromen und Geschmack
- Nase: In Weinbrand eingelegte Früchte und Butterscotch begleiten den Duft frisch gebackener Pasteten. Dazu kommen Kakao, Melasse sowie Zimt und kandierter Ingwer.
- Gaumen: Pflaumensirup und gebackene Orangen setzen fruchtige Akzente. Kandierte Haselnüsse, Vanille und Mokka ergänzen das Profil, gefolgt von Manuka-Honig und Feigenmarmelade.
- Nachklang: Anhaltende Süße mit würzigen Noten.
Abgefüllt in Fassstärke
Mit 58,5% vol. kommt dieser nicht rauchige Whisky in Fassstärke in die Flasche. Er ist nicht kühlfiltriert und enthält keine zugesetzten Farbstoffe.
