Mit „The Second Unveiling“ zeigt Glen Scotia eine ungetorfte Seite seiner Classic Series No. 2. Das Einzelfass erhielt ein Finish in einem First-Fill-Tawny-Port-Hogshead und wurde in natürlicher Fassstärke abgefüllt. Auf Farbstoff und Kühlfiltrierung wurde verzichtet.
Süße und würzige Facetten
Meersalzkaramell und cremiger Vanille-Fudge prägen das süße Profil, begleitet von Puderzucker und Zimt. Dazu kommen getrocknete Schwarzteeblätter, Muskatnuss und die erdigen Noten dunkler Schokolade. Im Nachklang klingt eine sanfte Eichenwürze aus.
