Character and Production
However, its special complexity is due to the expert skill of the independent bottler Signatory Vintage, who placed the distillate in a 1st Fill Amarone Hogshead for a final finish. A complex interplay of dark fruit and spicy depth. The distillate shimmers in the glass in a rich, dark amber tone, already visually announcing the intensity of the wine cask influence.
