Glasgow 1770 mit zehnjähriger Sherryfassreifung
Dieser ungetorfte Single Malt aus den schottischen Lowlands wurde 2015 destilliert und 2026 nach zehn Jahren Reifung abgefüllt. Das Oloroso Sherry Butt mit der Fassnummer #15/137 prägt sein Profil mit fruchtigen, süßen und würzigen Akzenten.
Die Originalabfüllung der Glasgow Distillery hat einen Alkoholgehalt von 46,0% Vol. Sie kommt ohne Kühlfiltrierung und ohne zugesetzten Farbstoff aus. Insgesamt umfasst die Abfüllung 800 Flaschen.
Aromen und Geschmack
- Nase: Reife Kirschen treffen auf dunkle Schokolade und Espresso, begleitet von einer an Sherry erinnernden Süße.
- Gaumen: Ein weicher, runder Eindruck bestimmt das Mundgefühl.
- Ausklang: Schwarzer Pfeffer setzt einen würzigen Akzent.
Zum Kennenlernen empfiehlt sich der Genuss pur oder mit einem Tropfen stillem Wasser.
