Character and Production
Rarely is the influence of a first-class cask maturation as directly evident in the glass as with this Highland Single Malt, which was allowed to rest for over a decade in French oak. A bouquet of red fruits and fine spice. The profile is largely shaped by the previous occupancy of the wine casks, which lend the distillate notes of delicate red fruits and dried cherries. Classification
As chill filtration has been omitted, the pale golden whisky retains its full texture and a particularly intense, oily mouthfeel.
